Innovation. Networking. The future of aviation.
From August 27 to 29, 2025, the event highlight of the northern German drone community will enter the next round: Drone Days 2025 will once again invite experts and interested parties from business, science, politics and administration to discuss the future of unmanned aviation.
Following the successful launch in 2024, the event will be held at two locations this year: at the Hatten-UAS German Flight Center, located at Oldenburg-Hatten airfield, and for the first time also at Bremen Airport. This will not only expand the network, but also the technical focus and the opportunities for demonstrations and discussions.
Secure your place now and be part of shaping the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) of tomorrow.
Successful kick-off 2024 - an event that connects
The premiere of Drone Days in August 2024 was a complete success: numerous representatives from the drone industry, manned aviation, research institutions and authorities came together to discuss innovative UAS (unmanned aerial systems) solutions and the next steps towards advanced air mobility.
Among other things, the focus was on:
- Prospects for offshore inspection with drones
- Developments regarding U-Space and the Bremen UAS control center USSP
- The SADRIS garbage can management project
- The Offshore Drone Campus Cuxhaven as a new test and development site
- The Advanced Air Mobility Initiative Northwest Germany & German Bight
- Innovative drive technologies, such as the casting process for electric motors from Cast Coil GmbH
- The Dronesky.digital innovation network
The event not only offered exciting presentations, but also plenty of space for networking and personal discussions - an element that will once again take center stage in 2025.
Drone Days 2025 - space for exchange, innovation and inspiration
The Drone Days see themselves as a platform for all those who want to actively shape the future of aviation. The event brings together stakeholders from various sectors - from start-ups to established industrial companies, from research institutions to public authorities.
Topics and priorities 2025:
- UAS applications in practice: from infrastructure inspection to the offshore sector and logistics solutions
- Advanced Air Mobility: Perspectives and projects for the integration of manned and unmanned systems in air traffic
- Regulatory framework conditions: U-Space, SORA, certifications - how secure integration succeeds
- Technological innovations: Drive systems, sensor technology, communication and digital infrastructure for drone use
- Demonstrations and live tests: demonstrations at the three venues
What makes the Drone Days so special is the direct dialog and the opportunity to experience both theoretical concepts and practical applications on site.
Two locations - one event
Drone Days 2025 will take place at two closely linked locations, which together offer the ideal setting for exchange and demonstration:
