A great conference program with its speakers, moderators and discussions led to a successful conclusion of the "17th Day of German Aerospace Regions" in Stuttgart.

Today, Thursday, and tomorrow, Friday, the 13th National Maritime Conference will take place under the motto "Strengthen location. Protect the climate. Shaping the future.". As always, we are looking forward to exciting presentations and discussions

After the opening by our Federal Chancellor, Mr. Olaf Scholz, and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, Dr. Robert Habeck, an extensive program will take place.

The 13th National Maritime Conference will take place on September 14 and 15, 2023. This time in the modern port location of Bremen with the motto "Strengthening the location. Protect the climate. Shaping the future."

The National Maritime Conference was set up by the German government to support the maritime industry. Bremen is known as a modern port location and is one of the most important universal ports in Europe. The growing number of players in research and science are among those involved. The port and shipping traffic have shaped Bremen's economic development for centuries.

"Bremen Lounge" at the 13th National Maritime Conference

The event will be opened by Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Federal Economics Minister Dr. Robert Habeck, Defence Minister Boris Pistorius, Mayor of Bremen Dr. Andreas Bovenschulte and other leading politicians from the federal and state governments. The state of Bremen will present itself at the conference with the so-called "Bremen Lounge". Bremen-based companies from various sectors will also be exhibiting at the event and presenting their ideas and technologies.

However, these are not only companies from the logistics and shipping industry, but also other innovative companies that are working on future technologies and means of transportation such as drones. The Bremen-based company b.r.m. IT & Aerospace is also represented at the 13th National Maritime Conference. b.r.m. IT & Aerospace, a company that offers both an award-winning IT service with a Green IT and GDPR-certified data center and energy-efficient IT solutions for future aviation in its function as UAS control center Bremen (USSP). With the VTOL-EGM project, the USSP feasibility study and the U-Space Real Lab North-West Germany and German Bight, b.r.m. has been able to set nationwide milestones in the drone industry and effectively promote it.

A sunny "Moin" from Niedersachsen Aviation Day! Today, Thursday, 07.09.2023, the 4th Niedersachsen Aviation Day will take place in Hildesheim. We are looking forward to exciting specialist presentations and insights into manned and unmanned aviation.

After the welcome by Stefan Schröder, Niedersachsen Aviation, and the host AutoGyro, represented by Mr. Gerald Speich, an extensive program will take place. As part of the series of lectures, our Managing Director Harald Rossol will talk about the advantages and current developments of the "Hatten-UAS" test center and its possibilities. It will soon be time again. This year's Niedersachsen Aviation Day 2023 will take place on 07.09.2023 in Hildesheim.

The state of Lower Saxony is not only regarded as an innovative location for aerospace, but also as a location with a particularly strong corporate landscape in the field of general aviation. An annual specialist event is held to present the results of research and development in the aerospace industry. At this event, you can expect specialist presentations, exhibitions accompanied by specialist personnel and flights on the airfield. Whether manned or unmanned aviation, the latest events and findings are always presented at this event. b.r.m. IT & Aerospace will be exhibiting the Saber research drone from partner company Optoprecision GmbH and talking to you about its construction, use and test results.

Unmanned aviation - Pioneer b.r.m. IT & Aerospace

A lot has happened in unmanned aviation since the last Lower Saxony Aviation Day in 2019. A number of legal framework conditions for drone operations have been extensively discussed and ultimately drafted in the EU drone regulations, among other things. In addition, the integration of unmanned aviation into manned aviation should run smoothly. For this reason, many studies have been carried out to test drones with standardized technology. B.r.m. IT & Aerospace will take part in this year's Lower Saxony Aviation Day 2023 and report on its successes together with its partners, such as the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Advanced Materials (IFAM). IFAM will also be working with b.r.m. IT & Aerospace on the new U-Space NW project idea.

The first successful day at the Paris Air Show is now over. The b.r.m. IT & Aerospace, represented by Markus Rossol, was able to hold many interesting discussions with international interested parties.

The "City of AEROSPACE" from Bremen concludes with a positive summary of the first day.

We were also able to welcome a special guest here in Paris. Andreas Mattfeldt MDB paid us a visit at the Bremen joint stand to discuss the public effectiveness of the project idea, U-Space Reallabor Nordwestdeutschland & Deutsche Bucht - UAS Leitstelle Bremen USSP.

The Paris Air Show is one of the most important air shows in the world. It takes place every two years at the Le Bourget airfield in the northern part of Paris. This year, the Paris Air Show will take place from Monday, 19.06 to Sunday, 25.06 and is organized as usual by the French aviation association GIFAS.

b.r.m. IT & Aerospace will also take part in the Paris Air Show 2023.

The Paris Air Show is the largest European industry gathering and is known for its exhibitions and air shows. The seven-day trade fair is divided into two parts. The first four days are reserved for professionals from the aviation industry. On the last three days, the fair is open to the general public. The event will not only focus on manned aviation, but also on unmanned aviation, its future applications and opportunities for improvement. A map of the event can be found here.

In addition to international companies, German institutions and companies will also be at the trade fair to present their technological innovations.

Bremen is in!

"City of Aerospace" is represented by AVIASPACE Bremen e.V.. In addition, the Bremen-based company b.r.m. IT & Aerospace with the joint idea of a U-Space Reallabor Nordwestdeutschland & Deutsche Bucht - UAS Leitstelle Bremen USSP, OptoPrecision with the UAS VTOL-EGM, IFAM Fraunhofer with the maritime test fields, Droniq and the Hatten-UAS test center, which is located at the Oldenburg-Hatten airfield between Oldenburg and Bremen, are also taking part in the Paris Air Show.

We present the first results of the USSP feasibility study on the future establishment of the b.r.m. UAS control center Bremen (USSP)". USSP is the abbreviation for U-Space Service Provider.

The BVLOS flight area of 3600 QM is presented, the digital visibility of unmanned UAS and manned aircraft, the sustainable data center (GREEN IT) and the measures on the important topic of "cybersecurity" and "GDPR" are presented.

Maximilian Strauß, Markus Rossol and Harald Rossol will be demonstrating and explaining all this in more detail at the Paris Air Show.
