Twenty years ago, nobody would have thought that a single press of the finger would become one of the most important key figures on the Internet. The mouse click not only guides users through the vast space of the Internet, it has also become the universally accepted 'currency' in e-commerce, because it at least signals 'interest' on the one hand and even enables purchases to be made on the other.
