A great conference program with its speakers, moderators and discussions led to a successful conclusion of the "17th Day of German Aerospace Regions" in Stuttgart.

Today, Thursday, and tomorrow, Friday, the 13th National Maritime Conference will take place under the motto "Strengthen location. Protect the climate. Shaping the future.". After the opening by our Federal Chancellor, Mr. Olaf Scholz, and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, Dr. Robert Habeck, an extensive program will take place.

13th National Maritime Conference - b.r.m. is there

The 13th National Maritime Conference will take place on September 14 and 15, 2023. This time in the modern port location of Bremen with the motto "Strengthening the location. Protect the climate. Shaping the future."

The National Maritime Conference was set up by the German government to support the maritime industry. Bremen is known as a modern port location and is one of the most important universal ports in Europe. The growing number of players in research and science are among those involved. The port and shipping traffic have shaped Bremen's economic development for centuries.

"Bremen Lounge" at the 13th National Maritime Conference

The event will be opened by Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Federal Economics Minister Dr. Robert Habeck, Defence Minister Boris Pistorius, Mayor of Bremen Dr. Andreas Bovenschulte and other leading politicians from the federal and state governments. The state of Bremen will present itself at the conference with the so-called "Bremen Lounge". Bremen-based companies from various sectors will also be exhibiting at the event and presenting their ideas and technologies.

However, these are not only companies from the logistics and shipping industry, but also other innovative companies that are working on future technologies and means of transportation such as drones. The Bremen-based company b.r.m. IT & Aerospace is also represented at the 13th National Maritime Conference. b.r.m. IT & Aerospace, a company that offers both an award-winning IT service with a Green IT and GDPR-certified data center and energy-efficient IT solutions for future aviation in its function as UAS control center Bremen (USSP). With the VTOL-EGM project, the USSP feasibility study and the U-Space Real Lab North-West Germany and German Bight, b.r.m. has been able to set nationwide milestones in the drone industry and effectively promote it.
