From the very beginning, the IT service provider b.r.m. has been a member of the Bremen-based 'Partnerschaft Umwelt Unternehmen'. The aim here has always been - and still is - to find the best possible solution for both employees and the environment. The technical term for this is 'work ecology'. In the university-affiliated working group 'NaGut - sustainable good work', this work ecology approach is tested in practice - with the help of advice, research and training.
